The Magic Tool To Get Your Entity Health Status

Maybe analysing your entity and have a report about the health of your Dynamics CRM entity take much time, hours and hours...

Don't worry, there's a new XrmToolBox tool that makes this task much easier.

Entity Fields Analyser is a XrmToolBox tool developed by Hamza Amraoui that allows you to get :

• The usage of all fields

• The Fields in your entity by Types.

• The percentage of use of each field in your entity.

• Charting about:

  1. Managed/Unmanaged Fields.

  2. The Count of Fields Per Type.

  3. The volume usage of your entity (about fields).

There's also a field calculator to give you an idea if you can create such number of fields of different types on your entity.

The tool can also analyse your Entity if you have a huge data (more than +500K records).
